Client Experience Coordinator

Defy Sports Performance & Physiotherapy is looking for a special individual to provide **amazing customer service** for our clients from the moment they walk in the door of our vibrant clinic.
**We are looking for someone with**:

- Strong interpersonal, communication, organizational, time and task management skills
- The ability to balance professionalism and fun
- A positive, motivated attitude and genuine desire to help others
- Additional skills an asset; especially blog/copy writing and editing
**Your role will include**:
- Managing busy communication channels between clients and therapists (on-line, phone, and in-person booking and scheduling)
- Maintaining community connections through interactions with our clients
- Completing direct billing and payment collection
- Administrative assistant tasks
- Assisting with maintaining the facility (ie. gym area clean-up and laundry as needed)
**Details of Position**:
- You will receive thorough onboarding from multiple members of the team that will contribute to your growth in customer service
- Part-time position 25 hours/week
- A minimum of 2 evenings a week required until 8pm and Saturdays 8-4pm
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 25 per week
**Salary**: $16.00-$22.00 per hour
