**What you will be doing**:
The Senior Implementations Project Manager typically leads 3-5 complex, concurrent software implementations onboarding new clients to our channel success platform. They recognize that implementations are not just about scope, schedule and budget tracking but rapidly creating value for our fortune 100 customers though adoption of our platform while creating an unbelievable client experience.

**Responsibilities**:

- Creates detailed work plans which identify and sequence the activities needed to successfully complete the project. Tracks project progress and assesses and mitigates risk throughout the effort, from pre
- sales to hand off to operations.
- Leads client facing kick off sessions to educate clients on the implementation methodology and client responsibilities, creating a shared vision of project success and related success metrics.
- Identifies client needs that may arise, and works to find creative solutions to meet business objectives. Liaises with technical and operational teams to understand and establish any dependencies for client desired features or services and works to incorporate into project planning.
- Maintains high quality documentation over the life of a project, with a focus on utility over depth.
- Ensure that customer provides acceptances over the life of the project
- Leads regular project discussions with customers and project teams to review work plans, risks, actions, issues, and decisions in an effort to drive projects to completion. Coordinate internal and external resources to foster timely problem solving and communication.
- Navigates project escalations adeptly by quickly mobilizing resources, identifying alternatives, facilitating decisions processes and bringing issues to resolution.
- Leads acceptance and deployment processes with the client, facilitates pre-launch go-no-go decisions and ensures hand off to operations procedures are complete.
- Conducts post launch assessments and retrospectives to inform process improvement activities.
- Supports the development of processes and tools that reduce the amount of time required to deliver solutions and increase client success and channel adoption.
- Manages multiple project implementations at different stages of the process simultaneously.

**What you’ll bring**:

- 3+ years' experience in leading/managing SaaS B2B implementations.
- Excellent internal and external communication skills with a proven track-record of building relationships at all levels.
- Familiarity with front-end web technologies and content management concepts.
- Proven ability to manage the dynamics of client business and IT teams within projects.
- Passion for technology, problem solving and cross-functional collaboration.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills to include technical and business concepts.
