**Job Description**:
**What you will do**
- Creating, amending and deleting pertinent name, address, banking and contract related information on agent contracts.
- Ensuring compliance of contractual and licensing obligations, monitoring and auditing of data in the SIEBEL Management system and various other databases/systems.
- Processing Agent of Record change for inforce policies as per process guidelines.
- Providing a high level of customer service through the timely and accurate processing and administration of incoming correspondence.
- Administering the return mail investigation process
- Maintaining a comprehensive filing system

**What you will bring**
- College diploma (office or secretarial administration program)
- One year of insurance or industry related experience
- Strong attention to detail accompanied by excellent accuracy
- Strong team player - able to work in a team to meet overall dept deadlines, with the ability to work independently
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize incoming work
- Ability to work in a team environment and learn quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, bilingual (French/English) is an asset but not required
- Strong commitment to provide exceptional customer service
- Strong analytical ability, problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Knowledge of SIEBEL, FASAT and MS Office are preferred
- Strong adaptability to change
- The successful applicant should be comfortable with both working from home options as well as working on site
