**Job Description**:
We are looking for a bilingual **_Associate Manager, _**Business Services** to join our high-performance team.

**What you will do**
- Provide effective leadership and coaching to the Client Service Processors to achieve the required quality and service output goals
- Continually seek innovative approaches while ensuring we operate as efficiently as possible
- Ensure that work standards and available procedures are current, accurate and that all work is done in compliance to ensure maximum quality.
- Collaborate within the team and with business partners to help develop and execute innovative strategies and processes
- Schedule employees to effectively meet business needs and to ensure vacation and other time off consistent with company policies.
- Scheduling and managing workflow of the various tasks handled by team
- Conduct regularly scheduled one on one developmental meetings with team members to facilitate their professional development
- Provide effective daily communication to keep all team members working toward the same goals.
- Manage the smooth flow of work through OnBase, shared mailboxes and in office tasks
- Maintain appropriate supply and stationary records and inventories for IC

**What you will bring**
- Bilingual in both French and English for written and verbal communication
- Demonstrate the ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships with business partners across the organization
- Proven analytical and problem solving skills
- Experience leading and championing change initiatives
- Excellent time management skills
- Leadership capabilities that support coaching, developing, and fostering a high-performance team
- Highly adaptable, driven to develop talent and help people be their best
- Driven to help design and execute new ideas that will benefit the team
- Excellent technical and analytical capabilities and command of MS Office tools, specifically Excel
- Proven ability to leverage and integrate technology to help improve performance
