**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- **Account Management**: Manage and nurture existing client relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, providing product and service support.
- **Business Development**: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling to grow the company’s customer base.
- **Sales Presentations**: Present and promote the company’s building supplies and services to clients, customizing solutions to meet their specific project needs.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of the company’s product offerings, industry trends, and customer needs to provide accurate and relevant advice.
- **Quotation and Negotiation**: Prepare and present accurate quotes and negotiate terms with clients, ensuring profitability while meeting customer expectations.
- **Invoicing & Billing**: Prepares and issues invoices to customers, ensuring timely payment and addressing any discrepancies
- **Site Visits**: Conduct regular on-site visits to customer job sites, providing technical support and ensuring timely delivery of materials.
- **Sales Targets**: Achieve or exceed monthly and annual sales targets by maintaining a robust sales pipeline and effectively closing deals.
- **Market Intelligence**: Stay up to date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for sales growth.
- **Reporting**: Provide regular updates to the Sales Manager on sales activity, client feedback, and market conditions through CRM systems and sales reports

**Skills**
- Strong knowledge of market dynamics and trends relevant to the industry.
- Proficiency in CRM software for account management.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with clients.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on insights.
- Proven experience in business development with a focus on driving sales growth.

- Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms for both the company and clients.
