You'll be focused on enhancing the customer experience through connected digital innovations and ensure evolution of your product according to the needs of its customers and market directions.

Under the direction of the Dealer Technology Manager, you will work with a team of Operational and Data Coordinators, external technology partners, Dealer Management Solutions (DMS) and Customer Relationship Management (DMS) vendors (CRM) as well as the BRP Technologies and Information Systems and Digital marketing teams.

You will be the “guru” of the Dealer Connectivity Program.

YOU KEY RESPONSABILITIES

Take full responsibility for the performance and profitability of your product:
Plan

Establish and maintain the vision, mission statement and objectives of the connectivity initiative

Define API development priorities, and organize priorities according to business and operational needs

Explore

Collaborate with industry experts and technical analysts to gather operational requirements

Discuss requirements as well as implementation strategies with vendors of dealership management solutions

Deliver

Develop an excellent understanding of customer needs and represent them to the development team

Motivate the team by proposing clear objectives

Develop acceptance criteria against which the development team will assess its success

Measure and Monitor

Monitor and evaluate the progress of APIs as well as their adoption by the dealer network

Define and execute a training and communication strategy internally and externally to ensure adoption

YOUR SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, information systems, business administration or engineering, or equivalent experience

About five years of relevant experience in business analysis and product management

Notions of project management with agile methods

Ability to manage teams and stakeholders

Ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into functionalities for the team

Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment

Excellent communication and drafting skills

Excellent ability to work in a team and for innovation

Basic technical knowledge of connectivity through APIs, ETL interfaces and databases concepts

Experience with dealership management systems is a major asset

Excellent knowledge of English; that of French is a major asset
