Raisons d’être du poste :
Comme membre de l’équipe de l’ingénierie mécanique, sous la supervision du responsable de plateforme, vous serez responsable d’une ligne d’équipements de boulangerie industrielle et de son développement. Vous agirez à titre de support pour les suivis des coûts de production, de la conception, la planification, le suivi en cours de fabrication, l’inspection ainsi que le support d’installation des équipements qui vous seront assignés.

Fonctions essentielles et principales tâches :

  • Produire et vérifier des dessins, plans de machine par ordinateurs (Solid Edge, Autocad)
  • Concevoir des composantes et machines
  • Comprendre et déterminer le cycle de vie produit des machines
  • Supporter la mise en production des équipements et faire les inspections des machines et pièces.
  • Maintenir la documentation de machines à jour : BOM’s, manuels, pièces de rechange, analyse de risque, feuille d’inspection, documents pour supporter les ventes, etc.
  • Effectuer et analyser le coût des équipements pour les fournisseurs internes avec des rapports détaillés
  • Participer aux différents processus d’amélioration continue
  • Agir à titre de support pour le service AMF : fournisseurs et besoin des départements interne et le R&D
  • Superviser les tâches des dessinateurs-concepteurs mécaniques et dessinateurs
  • Conception assistée par l’ordinateur (SolidEdge et Autocad)
  • Connaissances de base en propriétés de matériaux
  • Méthodes de transformation des métaux

Habiletés:

  • Être proactif
  • Gestion et organisation

Langues écrites : Français avancé et anglais intermédiaire
Langues parlées : Français avancé et anglais intermédiaire

  • Technique de génie mécanique ou toute autre discipline pertinente
  • 2-5 ans min. d’expérience
  • Cotisation de l’employeur à un RPDB d’un montant de 3 952$ annuellement
  • Banque d’heures de maladie

  • Heures de travail fixes et possibilité de temps supplémentaire. Le temps supplémentaire est payé après les 8 premières heures de la journée du lundi au vendredi inclusivement
