At AMF Bakery Systems, we provide exceptional system solutions for industrial bakeries worldwide. As part of our commitment to sustainability, we developed the first-ever industrial hydrogen oven, allowing our clients to minimize food and energy waste. Our team at AMF Sherbrooke specializes in creating custom-made machines for international customers, including mixers, conveyors, coolers, bread slicers, and baggers. About The Role:
Under the supervision of a platform manager and as a member of the mechanical engineering team, you will be responsible for a line of equipment and its development. Together with the designers, you will perform the estimation, design, planning, follow-up during production, inspection and installation support of the equipment assigned to you.
Primary Duties :
Produce and verify computer-assisted drawings (Solid Edge, Autocad) Understand and determine specifications on all aspects of its equipment Design machines, accessories, and options according to customer needs Maintain machine documentation: manuals, spare parts, risk analysis, inspection sheet, documents to support sales, etc. Ensure equipment complies with all applicable safety and health standards (CSA, UL, CE, OSHA, BISCC, ANSI, etc.) Perform and analyze the cost of CQW equipment and options Help solve complex problems Support project managers as well as customers in the execution of the order Act as project manager when necessary Support the project manager in project planning, execution, management, and control Work to distinguish and improve AMF products by innovatingKnowledge:

Raisons d’être du poste :
Comme membre de l’équipe de l’ingénierie mécanique, sous la supervision du responsable de plateforme, vous serez responsable d’une ligne d’équipements de boulangerie industrielle et de son développement. Vous agirez à titre de support pour les suivis des coûts de production, de la conception, la planification, le suivi en cours de fabrication, l’inspection ainsi que le support d’installation des équipements qui vous seront assignés.
Fonctions essentielles et principales tâches :
Produire et vérifier des dessins, plans de machine par ordinateurs (Solid Edge, Autocad) Concevoir des composantes et machines Comprendre et déterminer le cycle de vie produit des machines Supporter la mise en production des équipements et faire les inspections des machines et pièces. Maintenir la documentation de machines à jour : BOM’s, manuels, pièces de rechange, analyse de risque, feuille d’inspection, documents pour supporter les ventes, etc. Effectuer et analyser le coût des équipements pour les fournisseurs internes avec des rapports détaillés Participer aux différents processus d’amélioration continue Agir à titre de support pour le service AMF : fournisseurs et besoin des départements interne et le R&D Superviser les tâches des dessinateurs-concepteurs mécaniques et dessinateursConnaissances:
