Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Project Managers, Field supervisors with scheduling
- Perform general office duties, such as filing, photocopying, and data entry
- Assist with travel arrangements, booking flights, hotels, and rental cars
- Coordinate meetings and events, including scheduling, sending invitations, and preparing materials
- Help estimators with the floor takeoff, review tender documents
- Act as the point of contact for vendors, clients, and other external parties
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
- College diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree in business administration, office administration, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, clients, and vendors
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
**Salary**: $16.00-$20.00 per hour
