**Description:
- Permanent Full Time- We are looking for a **Technology Supplier Manager **to** **support the Technology Supplier Relationship Office (TSRO) strategy and objectives as we evolve and mature our Vendor Management Office (VMO) shared service model.- As a Technology Supplier Manager, you will play a key role in establishing and maturing our Vendor Management Office (VMO). This position is crucial in developing and maintaining strategic relationships with external vendors, optimizing contract management process and mitigating risks. If you are a dynamic professional with a passion for building and shaping new initiatives, this is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization.**What you will do**
- Lead with the vendor operational activities of Digital Technology in collaboration with Procurement to contribute to end to end vendor management experience for stakeholders;
- Manage the delivery and governance of the Supplier Contract Agreement (SCA) framework and process
- Participate on improvements to our Vendor management standard tools and processes optimization objectives
- Provide support to internal clients on Vendor related topics
- Work closely in collaboration with partners in Procurement, Risk Management and Finance to contribute to the development of efficient Vendor management processes,
- Accountable and responsible for monitoring vendor performance and risk via reporting, dashboards, governance routines
- Manage timely renewal of all contracts; participate in/facilitate contract renewal and negotiation process, working with internal partners (Legal, Sourcing, Contracts) as well as business partners to ensure contracts and agreements.
- Build/foster solid relationships and organizational alignment with our business, sourcing, legal and contract partners, ensuring communication channels exists,

**What you'll bring**:
- Proven experience in vendor management or related roles
- Familiarity with contract management, risk mitigation and compliance
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment

**Formal Education & Certification**
- University degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration and 7 years equivalent work experience.

**Certification Requirements**
- Certification in Vendor Management or Supply Chain Management is an asset

**Knowledge & Experience**
- Strategic mindset
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with vendors
- Proven experience in vendor management or related roles
- Knowledge of procurement best practices and industry trends
- Familiarity with contract management, risk mitigation and compliance
- Strong negotiation, communication and relationship building skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and evolving environment
- The base salary for this position is between **$74,500**:

- $137,900** annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
