If so, we want to hear from you J&B Quality Painters, a leading residential and commercial painting company in Edmonton, is seeking a talented Project Manager to oversee multiple crews and ensure the successful completion of painting projects.

**Position: Project Manager**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise multiple painting crews to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets.
- Monitor project progress and performance, and make adjustments as necessary to meet goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to team members to foster a positive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to address concerns and resolve issues.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, preferably in the construction or painting industry.
- Proven experience managing people and leading teams.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to problem-solve and make decisions under pressure.
- Knowledge of painting techniques and materials is an asset.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: $60,421.76-$78,849.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- AEC / DEP or Skilled Trade Certificate (preferred)

**Experience**:
