Construction Coordinator

**Duties**:

- Coordinate and oversee construction projects from start to finish
- Utilize laser level to maintain proper slopes for drains
- Develop and maintain project schedules
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to timelines
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct regular site visits to inspect work quality and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Prepare and submit progress reports to management and clients
- Manage project budgets and track expenses
- Maintain accurate documentation of project activities

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Construction Coordinator or similar role
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in reading and interpreting schematics and blueprints
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of construction codes, regulations, and safety standards

**Salary**: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Overtime pay
