**Job Title : Master production planner & logistics analysis**

**Reporting to : Director of Operations**

**Location : Hybride (Brossard 1- days/week)**

**Job Overview **:The Production Planner is responsible for planning the production of finished goods on a weekly and monthly basis. In this role, you will need to communicate with our co-packer to ensure they are aware of our upcoming needs and can produce according to those requirements. You will be responsible for maintaining an optimal stock level at all times to avoid stockouts while minimizing finished goods inventory. You will serve as the key contact with our external logistics partners (3PL). This role will also be responsible for various related logistics tasks (DTC and Retail).

**Your Responsibilities**:

- Plan the production schedule in the ERP and communicate it to the subcontractor.
- Validate that the production plan is followed and adjust the main production schedule as needed.
- Oversee physical stock locations, including planning, and balance finished goods inventory on a monthly basis.
- Create stock and non-stock items in the ERP and perform all other related tasks.
- Participate in and/or lead other projects and tasks assigned by the operations department.
- Update and track our S&OP file.
- Update planning forecasts to optimize our stock levels.
- Act as a liaison between Evive and our 3PL.
- With support from the director, negotiate the pricing of our packaging.
- Report the expected volume to the management team to manage risks related to pricing and other supply chain variables.

**Desired Profile**:

- Over 2 years of experience in supply chain management and operations.
- Over 2 years of experience in production planning and working with subcontractors.
- Strong knowledge of Excel.
- 1 year of inventory management experience.
- 1 year of purchasing experience or experience working with procurement teams.
- Experience in B2B and B2C is an asset.
- Experience in food products is a plus.
- A university degree in business administration, operations, supply chain management, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- High analytical and communication skills.
- Ability to research and solve various problems.
- Capacity and interest in working and performing in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills.

**Aperçu du poste** : Le planificateur de production est responsable de la planification de la production des produits finis sur une base hebdomadaire et mensuelle. Dans ce rôle, vous devrez communiquer avec notre co-packer pour vous assurer qu'il connaît nos besoins à venir et qu'il est en mesure de produire en fonction de nos besoins. Vous serez responsable de maintenir un bon niveau de stock en tout temps pour éviter les ruptures de stock tout en minimisant les inventaires de produits finis. Vous serez la personne ressource avec nos partenaires logistiques externes (3PL). Ce rôle sera également responsable de plusieurs tâches connexes reliées à la logistique (DTC et Retail).

**Vos responsabilités**:

- Planifier le calendrier de production dans l'ERP et le communiquer au sous-traitant.
- Valider que le plan de production est suivi et réagir en ajustant le calendrier de production principal.
- Superviser les emplacements de stock physique, y compris la planification, et balancer les inventaires de produits finis sur en base mensuelle.
- Créer des articles en stock et hors stock dans l'ERP et effectuer toutes les autres tâches connexes.
- Participer et/ou diriger d'autres projets et tâches assignés par le département des opérations.
- Responsable de la mise à jour et du suivi de notre fichier S&OP.
- Mise à jour des prévisions de planification pour optimiser nos niveau de stock.
- Faire le lien entre Evive et nos 3PL.
- Avec le soutien du directeur, cette personne négociera le prix de nos emballages.
- Rapporter le volume prévu à l'équipe de direction pour gérer les risques liés aux prix et autres variables de la chaîne d'approvisionnement.

**Le profil recherché**:

- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience dans la gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement et les opérations.
- Plus de 2 ans d'expérience en planification de la production et travail avec des sous-traitants.
- Très bonne connaissance de Excel
- 1 an d'expérience en gestion des stocks.
- 1 an d'expérience en achats ou expérience de travail avec des équipes d'approvisionnement.
- Une expérience en B2B et B2C est un atout.
- Une expérience des produits alimentaires est un atout.
- Niveau universitaire en administration des affaires, en opérations, en gestion de la chaîne d'approvisionnement ou dans tout autre domaine pertinent, ou expérience pertinente.
