Boulangerie l'Amour du Pain is seeking a skilled Bakery Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for preparing dough for various baked goods, operating machinery, and ensuring the quality of products meets established standards.

The ideal candidate will have 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a bakery environment and be proficient in both English and French. The position offers a 40-hour workweek with a permanent employment contract.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing dough for pies, bread, rolls, and sweet goods
  • Operating machinery
  • Ensuring product quality meets established standards
  • Frosting and decorating cakes and baked goods
  • Preparing special orders
