**About us**

We are a construction and development company, focusing on builds outside of the GTA. We currently have 4 projects underway and are looking to expand our team with a construction administrator to assist our project manager with several tasks.

Job Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented Construction Administrator to join our team. The Construction Administrator will play a crucial role in supporting the construction projects by providing administrative assistance and ensuring smooth operations.

**Duties**:

- Manage and organize construction project documentation, including permits, contracts, and drawings
- Assist in budget tracking and invoice processing
- Support the project team with general administrative tasks

Qualifications:

- Aspiring to be in the construction-related field
- Knowledge of BuilderLynx system is an asset but not required
- Ability to read working drawings
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of proofreading documents for accuracy

**Job Type**: Part-time

Expected hours: 24 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- Construction: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person
