Located by Pearson Airport in Mississauga, this privately owned company is seeking a mature, well-rounded individual to provide administrative support within a small office environment in the areas of Accounting, Operations, HR and other office duties.
- Provide clerical support including calendar management, data entry, etc.
- Maintain and update multiple company databases (paper and electronic filing systems) and provide related information and reports to necessary managers
- Enter Payables, investigate and resolve discrepancies promptly and accurately
- Reconcile expense reports, credit cards, gas cards and vendor invoices.
- Collaborate with the Controller to maintain collection goals and other general A/R responsibilities (i.e. investigate collection problems and advise clients on A/R policies and procedures)
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
- Maintain a hight degree of discretion and confidentiality

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
