JOB OVERVIEW

WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Client Support: Assist in managing relationships with institutional clients, ensuring their needs are met and providing timely responses to inquiries.
- Sales Assistance: Collaborate with the sales team to identify and pursue new business opportunities within the institutional market.
- Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to support sales strategies and identify potential clients.
- Proposal Development: Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and marketing materials tailored to institutional clients.
- Data Management: Maintain and update client databases, ensuring all information is accurate and current.
- Reporting: Prepare reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends to support decision-making.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to enhance client experience.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to all regulatory and compliance requirements in client interactions and documentation.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or a financial services environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and SalesForce CRM software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Hybrid Work Environment
