**JOB DESCRIPTION**

**WORKING CONDITIONS and ADVANTAGES**

**TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Data analysis**
- Measure social media performance, analyze data and identify trends for continuous improvement of our digital marketing initiatives.
- Analyze data to identify consumer behavior and make recommendations for future initiatives.
- Participate in the creation and maintenance of various key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Marketing department.
- Develop customer segmentations - generate insights into customer behavior to foster a better understanding of purchase drivers and customer personas.
- Conduct SEO analysis and research.
- Analyze online store performance and monitor the customer buying journey to identify friction points and areas for improvement/optimization.

**Management**
- Develop and manage paid advertising campaigns on social networks, including budget allocation, targeting and performance tracking, to maximize ROI and drive lead generation.
- Ensure that content created by the marketing team communicates MINI TIPI's brand and mission in a compelling way to our target audience.
- Supervise a growing team.
- Continue to improve processes to increase quality and efficiency.

**Strategy**
- Develop digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and drive traffic to our online store.
- Develop and execute innovative social media and digital marketing strategies that enhance our brand, build engagement and drive business growth.

**Planning**
- Keep up with emerging industry trends and technologies in social media and digital marketing, and make recommendations on new opportunities and innovative approaches.
- Participate in the development of the annual marketing calendar and initiatives.
- Plan campaigns to launch new collections.
- Plan photoshoots.
- Prepare reports to facilitate decision-making with the marketing manager.

**Other**
- Assist marketing manager with various projects

**QUALIFICATIONS AND WORK EXPERIENCE**

**Mandatory**
- Degree in marketing, communications or related field
- Minimum 3 years of demonstrated experience in communications, in marketing support relevant experience in Digital, Content or Brand Marketing
- Experience in social media and community management
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in French and English
- Excellent research, copy-writing, editing, and creativity skills. Willing to think outside of the box.
- Deep knowledge and understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms, and their best practices for brand promotion and engagement.
- Knowledge in using social media management and analytics tools such as Hootsuite, Google Analytics, and Facebook Ads Manager.
- Experience with newsletter software (Klavyio) and Shopify software

**Preferred**
- Experience in Influencer specific marketing, including identification of influencers, managing influencer programs, outreach strategies, content planning, contracting/negotiations, paid promotion and reporting
- Proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Canva
