Your role at Clorox:
As a member of the Order To Cash Team (O2C), responsible to perform day to day collections and deduction management to enhance the quality of the Company’s customer receivables. Manage the performance of assigned customer portfolio within Clorox Terms of Sale and Days Sales Outstanding. Partner with internal stakeholders to reduce deduction resolution time and hanging balance. On a monthly basis, analyze customer’s performance metrics to ensure performance targets are met. Liaise with Finance, EDI Specialist, PSO and other functional areas to establish positive customer relations while collecting on delinquent balances and negotiating solutions to mitigate the risk of loss to the organization. Communicate proactively with internal/external stakeholders, and facilitate customer facing business reviews as required.

In this role, you will:
- Manage the day-to-day deductions and claims process within the team for key strategic customer and assigned portfolio-
- Act as Level 1 authority to execute approvals, write-offs and journal entries in accordance with Delegation of Authority Matrix.-
- Participate in disputes resolution process with relevant stakeholders-
- Prioritize activities to drive AR Metrics-
- Active participation in initiatives to drive continuous improvementsWhat we look for:
- 2 years Collections/Deduction experience with exposure to trade spend deductions management- Background in CPG industry is a strong asset- SAP is a must, EDI an asset- Strong Excel skills, Vlook-ups, Pivots, Power BI- Computer Literate (MS Office required, AS400 and Cognos an asset)
