We are looking for a Group Product Coordinator to join our team in Burlington. This position would be suitable for a recent College or University graduate. In this role, you will gather and document all relevant information for Sales Quotes and New Product Dockets.
- **Key Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Interact with Project Managers to understand product requirements
- Assign quote numbers as requested and keep quote log updated
- Liaison with Sales, Purchasing, Operations, R&D, and QC/QA to gather quote details
- Request Sales to provide all quote details - products, quantities, term, etc.
- Request vendor quotes from Purchasing and follow up when necessary (for all components, labels, soaps, wraps, and accessories
- Request liquid cost/confirmation from QA/QC
- Request scrap/labour and any other pertinent details from Operations
- Revise quotes as requested or when necessary
- Communicate with all internal departments to ensure New Docket information is complete and accurate prior to launch
- Create item code numbers and descriptions
- Create Bill of Materials and labour routing within system
- Back up for BOM revisions
**Preferred Qualifications and Experience**:
- Post Secondary education (College or University)
- Between 1-3 years of work experience in a similar role
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products such as Word, excel and PowerPoint
- Strong attention to detail is critical for this role
- Agile - must be able to constantly switch priorities and adjust to daily business needs
- Strong teamwork
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Exhibits a strong customer service orientation with a strong sense of urgency to respond to internal customer needs
