Collections Specialist

Primary responsibility is the management of the assigned EC portfolio. You are responsible for controlling loses, achieving delinquency goals and growing the portfolio.
**Responsibilities**:
**Develop the credit business **(approximately 30-40% of work time)
Develop strong business relationships with regional sales management team and Franchisees
Promote Credit Sales programs to the field at every opportunity
Attend SOT Management and FPT meetings as needed
Educate field sales personnel on program features and benefits
Handle Franchise credit approval “appeals” as needed
Answer field and customer questions concerning the credit program and account status
Introduction, administering, and promoting new programs, products, and procedures
Maintain monthly contact with all assigned Franchisees
**Manage the receivable /Control losses **(approximately 60-70% of work time)
Work directly with Franchisees and SOT Field Management to control delinquency and gross losses to corporate objectives to include customer-direct calling
Resolve customer delinquency problems so as to retain customers and achieve permanent corrective action
Report and track gross losses/delinquency to SOT sales management/SOC management
Develop strong business relationships with SOT sales management and the Regional Franchisee sales force so as to meet delinquency control and loss objectives
Answer field and customer questions concerning the credit program and account status
Coordinate repossessions with SOT Field Management and Franchisees
Work all skip accounts for resolution
Ensure collection and repossession procedures adhere to corporate policy
Properly administering SOC’s extension policy
**Planning**:
Analysis of the business portfolio
Identifying the need to formulate and execute monthly action plans
Provide Director of Credit Operations with weekly forecasts
Working closely with SOC Business Development and the FPT management team on contests and promotions
**Salary**:$58,000
Pay: $58,000.00-$58,000.01 per year
