Rodd & Gunn treats department store concessions just like standalone retail stores; our own team, our own inventory, our own fixtures and fit outs, and our own sales culture and customer service experience. Having successfully traded for the last 12 months as a concession partner with Hudson's Bay (Canada’s most iconic department store chain), we have grown our business to 30 Hudson's Bay doors staffed with our own retail teams which have launched a new chapter in our global expansion.

**POSITION OVERVIEW**

We are looking to fill a Full Time Store/Lodge Manager position within RODD & GUNN at Hudson's Bay Eglington Square.

The successful applicant must be experienced in fashion and retail management. You will present with a wealth of passion, energy, and drive to build lasting relationships, meet and exceed sales targets and delight our customers at every turn.

In your new role you be the face of the brand converting lookers into buyers and maximizing the sales results, while managing day to day operations and visual merchandising standards.

Above all your job is to build customer relationships and ensure they choose you

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**
- A proven retail background
- men's fashion preferred
- Sales management experience overseeing one or more direct reports
- Working to KPIs and Targets
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A passion for recruitment. Hand-selecting, coaching, and developing your team for success.
- A “can do” attitude as a jack of all trades

**Salary**:Base Salary + Generous Bonus Structure
