**About this role**

We are recruiting for a **Helpdesk Support Analyst** to join our Corporate IT team, based in Burnaby.

The Helpdesk Support Analyst is a key member of the Helpdesk team, the first point of contact for employees when they are looking for IT support.

Here's how your role will strengthen our team.

**Your responsibilities**
- Manage Help Desk tickets in a timely manner
- Setup, configure and maintain corporate equipment (workstations, printers)
- Set up user accounts
- Develop expertise to train staff on new technologies
- Build an internal knowledgebase with technical documentation
- Maintain IT Equipment Inventory
- Manage the onboarding and offboarding process for the IT functions

**Your experience and skills**
- Minimum 2-3 years experience working in a technical help desk environment
- Post secondary education in computer science, information technology, or a related field
- Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
- Resourcefulness and problem-solving attitude
- Team player
- Excellent communication skills
- A strong aptitude to pick up new technical skills
- Able to adapt to a dynamic and changing environment
- A self-starter, but able to work in a team environment as well as independently
