**Summary of Role**
As an individual with a passion for providing unique solutions to clients, you and the team will work as a group being entrusted with providing our clients with an experience unlike any other. We are always looking to grow and your ideas will play an important role in how we continue to innovate and assist in Products and Services that will support our clients. We typically operate Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm but be prepared to work outside of these hours as demands from clients change.
This is a commission role; however should your performance be exceptional or your experience dictate; we will be open to discuss a salary position. **Key Responsibilities.**
We will work as a team to provide a great experience for our clients, this leads to the expectation of all team members being able to work at all tasks, including but not limited to:
- Contact new and existing customers to discuss their needs, and to explain how these needs could be met by specific products and services.
- Answer customers' questions about products, prices, availability, product uses, and credit terms.
- Submit a requests to management to Quote prices, and the accounting team to invoice.
- Emphasize product features based on analyses of customers' needs, and on technical knowledge of product capabilities and limitations.
- Maintain customer records, using automated systems.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems.
- Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar.
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, participating in organizations and clubs, and attending trade shows and conferences.
- Sign any required documents with clients and coordinate the logistics of getting files and documents to our graphic team when required.
- Select the correct products or assist customers in making product selections, based on customers' needs, product specifications, and applicable regulations.
- Collaborate with colleagues to exchange information such as selling strategies and marketing information.
- Demonstrate and explain the operation and use of products as well as the marketing benefits.
- Inform customers of estimated delivery schedules, service contracts, warranties, or other information pertaining to purchased products.
- Attend sales and trade meetings, and read related publications in order to obtain information about market conditions, business trends, and industry developments.
- Visit establishments to evaluate needs and to promote product or service sales.
- Complete expense reports, sales reports, and other paperwork.
- Initiate sales campaigns and follow marketing plan guidelines in order to meet sales and production expectations.
- Recommend ways for customers to alter product usage in order to improve production.
- Complete product and development training as required.
- Manage public perception as the face of the organization
