**Position Summary**:
The position of the Production Administrator is responsible for facilitation of the order entry process. You will be required to use both Navision and Optiway to facilitate the work orders and Labels that will go into production. This position may also assist multiple divisions of MHP Group of companies from time-to-time

**Scope of Responsibility**:

- Generate workorders using Navision (hi-rise, low-rise, retail, speciality items and mock ups)
- Optimize orders in Optiway
- Print production labels and match with paperwork
- Handle all administrative issues (scanner, printer etc.)
- Communicate with installers, production team, shipping team, and other individuals across the groups of companies
- Comply with safety rules; report all accidents, incidents and potential hazards immediately
- Understand and comply with the worker responsibilities and rights as outlined in the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OH&S) of Ontario, as well as, the Company’s safety rules
- Ensure PPE (personal protective equipment) is worn at all times
- Attend various training sessions as requested by employer
- All other duties as assigned

- Effectively demonstrates on-time delivery and the ability to stay focused on goals and responsibilities
- Ability to adapt to new ideas, technology, processes or product changes
- Conduct day-to-day tasks in accordance to legislated and Company-dictated Environmental, Health and Safety mandates and other Company policies
- Complete Annual Performance Review with Management

**Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 2+ years in an administrative or data entry role
- Knowledge of MS Office proficiency
- Must have experience with Microsoft Dynamics; Navision or SAP
- Working knowledge of Optiway
- Industry Experience
- Excellent customer service skills
- Strong communication skills required
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision
- Ability to analyze data and provide insights from data
- Ability to exhibit a professional attitude and image with a commitment to quality service
- Highly organized, with high level of accuracy, thoroughness, and attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines for critical tasks
- Strong work ethic, motivation, interpersonal and judgment skills

**Working Conditions**:

- Typical office environment
- Sitting for prolonged periods
- Infrequent exposure to noise in the warehouse

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $35,000.00-$40,000.00 per year
