**The Opportunity**:
**Responsibilities**:

- System entry, distribution and record maintenance in systems such as Allegro or other UST and ETRM systems.
- Input of data to manage inventories for month end reconciliation.
- Assist with scheduler support and backfill including management of BOLs.
- Manage Ops Readiness and Change of Ops documents for new opportunities.
- Assist in reviewing invoices related to logistics costs, detention, demurrage and freight for rail, truck, transloading and storage.
- Work with vendors to ensure accurate invoicing and correct discrepancies.
- Enter recoverable costs, demurrage, detention, equipment repairs and maintenance into systems.
- Manage month end process; verifying shipment and arrival dates in systems, contract completion, verify reports.
- Responsible for system updates and improvements including Allegro, Geometrix, Vista, Tracs, Petrotranz, Anaplan.
- Develop strong working relationship with the trading team to support and drive new business.
- Provide economics and data to support new business development.
- Deliver timely and relevant data to support decision-making processes, look at automation and process improvements where possible.
- Help facilitate communication and workflow between traders, schedulers and other internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with and assist, Logistics, Trading, Operations, Accounting, Credit and Risk.
- Assist Logistics Schedulers with invoices, investigations and accruals for all transactions.
- Build and maintain strong internal and external working relationships.
- May act as the key contact for a small book of business in scheduling.
- Provide support to Logistics Manager with ad hoc reporting and analytical requests.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field
- 2-5 years experience as a business analyst within Oil & Gas or related field
- 1-3 years experience as an analyst in logistics (rail or pipeline) or related scheduling experience would be an asset
- High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks in order to meet deadlines
- Self starter with the ability to take initiative and be proactive when resolving issues
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and identify market trends
- System knowledge of Anaplan, Geometrix, Allegro would be an asset
- Strong computer skills required including Excel, Power Point, Power BI
- Willing to learn, comfortable in an ever-changing environment
- High attention to detail and ability to prioritize effectively to meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, emphasizing collaboration
- Proactive mindset with strong problem-solving initiative
- Strong interpersonal skills for engagement across all organizational levels
- Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and responsibilities
- Eager to learn and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
