**Team**

We are seeking a dynamic, and experienced Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing and interpreting data, identifying trends, and providing insights that will help drive strategic decisions and process improvements within our transportation operations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and technology, to identify opportunities for optimization and enhance overall efficiency and effectiveness in our transportation processes.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to transportation performance, including key metrics, KPIs, and operational trends.
- Utilize various data analysis tools and techniques to identify patterns, outliers, and areas for improvement.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization within transportation operations.
- Create and maintain comprehensive reports and to communicate transportation performance and solutions to management and key stakeholders.
- Use data visualization tools to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for transportation projects and initiatives.
- Foster effective communication between various teams involved in transportation operations, ensuring that everyone is informed and aligned.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Statistics, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data or Business Analyst, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Knowledge of Python is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
- Knowledge of industry regulations, best practices, and emerging trends in transportation and logistics is advantageous.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and self-motivated individual with a passion for continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels.
