**Position Overview**:
Straga Products seeks a talented and versatile E-commerce Digital Production and Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for a self-motivated individual who possesses a unique blend of graphic design prowess, e-commerce acumen, and exceptional customer service skills. You will be instrumental in managing fulfillment of the customer orders and addressing customer inquiries, ensuring a seamless production and fulfilment flow and customer's shopping experience.
**Responsibilities**:
- Oversee and manage daily order fulfillment process, including triaging, design prep to ensure timely and correct processing for further production and shipping
- Prep design and custom vector files to customer specifications for personalized products.
- Manage customer interactions across various platforms, providing timely and effective solutions to inquiries and concerns.
- Maintain and update product listings and optimize our presence on e-commerce marketplaces.
- Analyze customer order data for insights and strategy adjustment.
- Coordinate drop shipment processes and handle related inquiries.
- Assist with general office duties and contribute to team efforts as needed.
**Work Hours**: Monday to Friday, 7 AM - 3:30 PM, with rotational weekend(remote) coverage for customer service.
**Qualifications**:
- Degree or diploma in Design, Art, or a related field; or 1-2 years of relevant professional experience.
- Experience in e-commerce or online retail is preferred, highlighting a familiarity with online marketplace dynamics and customer engagement strategies.
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency with the Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.), are essential for managing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations efficiently.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to address customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $19.00-$20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 - 44 per week
