**Role Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Ensure the accurate and timely flow of information between Co-Ex-Tec and its customers, directly or through Corporate Sales, in order to meet or improve customer satisfaction and meet divisional and departmental goals, as outlined in Co-Ex-Tec’s Annual Business Plan.
- Analyze information prior to submission to customers, including interaction with other plant personnel, providing direction and assistance.
- Prepare documents for submission to customers specifically: Engineering Changes; Feasibilities Studies; Production Quotation Requests; Tooling Submissions; general inquires, etc.
- Responsible for tooling tracking and reconciliation sub-ledger
- Prepare quote capital submission for review/approval from Finance.
- Coordinate piece price and tooling justification letters as required including involvement in customer audit, and forward appropriately.
- Follow up and track all engineering issues with Corporate Sales and Co-Ex-Tec Program Management Department, including the maintenance of outstanding issues report.
- Prepare and maintain production pricing for all Co-Ex-Tec programs assigned to individual.
- Provide support to other departments in submitting and resolving financial issues involving customer purchasing or engineering issues including: obsolescence claims, cancellation charges and collection of the documentation necessary for invoicing.
- Obtain and communicate Co-Ex-Tec product and process capabilities to customer and Corporate Sales.
- Attend APQP and ECR meetings as needed or as required by Management.
- Attend customer meetings (tech reviews, workshops, product reviews, etc.) and assist in the preparation of presentations as required.
- Complete special projects as required by Management.
- Maintain Magna Global Sales and Capital (GSC) database, ensuring accurate reporting and reconciliation.
- Enter pricing in CMI (MRP System) and ensure accuracy to customer PO.
- Prepare Sales Forecast Reports on booked and targeted sales.
- Issue New Job Advisories on behalf of the Sales Department.
- Represent the Business Development Department at internal meetings as required.
- Prepare and maintain financial tracking documentation on existing booked business, including open commercial issues, contribution margin analysis and tooling trackers.
- Update Customer Sales database and respond to Customer Capacity database and volume studies including any financial impacts.
- Review programs on a regular basis to ensure current costs and volume variances, program extensions, tooling refurbishment or other financial issues are addressed with the Customer.
- Initiate and/or participate in continuous improvement activities. Forward cost savings proposals on existing and new potential programs as realized or necessary.
- Ensure compliance and enforcement of Customer Specific Requirements, QMS (IATF16949), Health and Safety (ISO 45001), EMS (ISO14001), and security (PIP) requirements.
- Ensure, with the cooperation of other Co-Ex-Tec departments and Corporate that the Division achieves and maintains the highest possible Customer rating for satisfaction.

**Key Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Degree/Diploma in the field of Business, Finance or Engineering preferred
- Minimum 2 years’ sales coordination experience
- 5 years’ financial experience in an automotive Tier 1 manufacturing environment, or equivalent combination preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP fully integrated systems and Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Understanding of lean manufacturing, an asset
- Knowledge of the automotive manufacturing environment considered a strong asset
