Sales Representative

**Job Summary**:
**Duties**:

- Managing live customer support chat during working hours (Eastern Timezone)
- Nurture warm leads & client management via Hubspot CRM
- Call and follow up with existing leads
- Coordinate with clients to help them plan and place orders with Shopify
- Assist with and explain technical product information
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

**Requirements**:

- 3 years of proven sales and support experience is required
- Proven experience in sales, account management, or business development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in the home decor / home improvement industry is a plus.

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and providing exceptional customer service.

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$80,000.00 per year

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Tips

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Concord, ON L4K 1Z8: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
