Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Subcontractor to join our team. As a Subcontractor, you will be responsible for performing a variety of Painting tasks. This is a contract-based position with the opportunity for ongoing work.

**Duties**:

- Collaborate with project managers and clients to determine project scope and requirements
- Perform painting tasks as needed
- Paint Surfaces according to specifications
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and attention to detail
- Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns or questions
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines

**Skills**:

- Strong painting skills with experience in both residential and commercial projects
- Proficient in various painting techniques for both interior and exterior surfaces
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines
- Attention to detail to ensure high-quality workmanship
- Strong customer service skills to address client needs and concerns

Note: This is a subcontractor position, which means you will be responsible for your own tools, transportation, insurance, and taxes.
