**About us**

Our goal is to provide top-of-the-line interior painting services to home owners and business owners in Edmonton and surrounding areas.

Overview:
KM Creative Co is seeking a skilled and experienced Painter/Laborer to work with our team. As a Painter/Laborer, you will be responsible for performing a variety of painting and labor tasks to support our construction and renovation projects. This is a great opportunity for someone with residential or commercial painting experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and seeing spaces transform

**Duties**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by scraping, sanding, and filling holes
- Repair and restore damaged surfaces
- Use power tools and hand tools to complete painting and labor tasks
- Assist carpenters with building and construction projects
- Install drywall and perform patching and repairs as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project goals are met
- Manage time efficiently to complete projects within deadlines

**Requirements**:

- **Strong attention to detail and quality craftsmanship
- Proven experience in residential and/or commercial painting
- Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
- Knowledge of carpentry techniques is a plus
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor as required

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual

**Salary**: $22.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

**Experience**:

- painting: 2 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (required)
