You will lead planning and scheduling efforts utilizing demand forecasting to create capacity efficiencies for all charter flights in the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo. You will also lead integration efforts with multiple stakeholders contributing to flight requirements during turnaround projects and various initiatives. You will have the opportunity to manages complex issues with significant impact on the business and improve, adapt, or introduce changes to flight strategies and practices that affect business goals.

Minimum Requirements:

- Directly related professional experience with aviation scheduling and forecast planning, with a preference for experience in field logistics or hospitality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Demonstrated proficiency and resourcefulness in identifying and analyzing relevant data and defining critical issues, alternatives, and value creation opportunities
- Post-secondary education in related field

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop annual flight schedules from business unit and annual survey data, updating quarterly and actioning event driven changes
- Begin yield management process at 60 days out using forward bookings information
- Responsible for overseeing scheduling of all assets (aircraft) in the most efficient, safe, and cost-effective manner, making timely changes as required
- Attend daily meetings, addressing concerns and provide recommendations for resolutions
- Develop and enforce policies, procedures, and emergency plans

Location and other Key Details:

- You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 - 6th Ave S.W.
- Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
