Locally owned and operated, Vogue Theatre is one of the last remaining theatres from Vancouver’s famed Theatre Row. Originally built in 1941 as a moviehouse and venue for the performing arts, more than seventy years later, Vogue Theatre hosts upwards of 200 events annually.
We are looking for an exceptional Box Office Host who loves live entertainment. This role is based primarily out of Vogue Theatre and Biltmore Cabaret but will occasionally include shifts at other venues in Vancouver.
**The Role**
- Greet guests as they enter Venue.
- Check ID and issue wristbands for all 19+ guests.
- Scan guest tickets and direct them to their seats
- Point out where washrooms, bars, ATM’s, coat check etc are located.
- Show guests to their seats.
- Conduct washroom checks to ensure cleanliness and supplies are in stock.
- Keep all work areas clean and organized.
- Effectively communicate with the team and offer support when needed.
- Assist in other areas of operations as necessary.
