**Print Shop Representative - Hub**
- Do you love seeing your photos in print?
- Do you enjoy helping customers with their printing needs?

As a print shop representative, you will play a key role in ensuring professional photographers, businesses, and hobbyists understand the value of print by providing guidance on print options and delivering high-quality output.

**Key Responsibilites**
- Providing customers with guidance on optimizing digital files for printing
- Handling print orders from intake to fulfillment, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timely delivery
- Operating and maintaining printers and equipment-
- Ensuring high-quality standards for all orders-
- Scheduling repairs as needed to minimize downtime-
- Providing support to customers and Canon Professional Services by handing inquiries and warranty exchange requests-
- Monitoring inventory levels of printing materials and reordering supplies-
- Recommending additional services, feature, or upgrades based on customer needs, and assisting with eCommerce order release and payment processing-
- Hosting small group events in the shop that promote printing experience and work-flow-
- Ensuring the proper opening and closing of the Canon Print Shop-
- Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards**To Succeed, You Will Have**
- High School or Equivalent Diploma
- Minimum 3 years experience in producing professional print products
- The ability to manage multiple projects and print deadlines
- The ability to generate reports and analyze data to provide recommendations to management
- Knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom to edit customers photos
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with customers
