ANT Custom Laser is seeking a Metal Production Supervisor to join our team. ANT Custom Laser is a progressive leading company that places value on positive attitude, personal motivation and drive.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Supervises the manufacturing of products by monitoring production levels.
- Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
- Setting up processes and work stations for welders and fitters for optimum production.
- A complete understanding of custom metal operations, including Laser, brake press, welding, fabrication and polishing.
- Must work along side and supervise welders and other shop production staff.
- Ensure that daily production targets are met.
- Must be able to interpret Blue Prints.

Experiences:

- 2-3 years of Metal Supervising, Fabrication experience required.
- Experience making Jigs or Fixtures to assist in high production outputs.
- Hands-on custom metal manufacturing skills, including brake press, welding and fabrication.
- Highly experience in Blue print and measurement reading.
- Experience in Mig and Tig Welding.

**Salary**: $30.00-$38.00 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Brampton, ON L6T 4K3: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Welding: 2 years (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)
