Office Clerk

**SCAFFEX Inc.** is a locally owned and operated scaffolding and swing stage company located in the East end of Ottawa. We are currently looking for an Office Clerk to help manage our front desk.
The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Answering incoming calls and forwarding calls as required.
- Assist walk-ins with any questions regarding rentals, purchases, returns and / or deliveries.
- Process returns and deliveries for billing files, as required.
- Purchasing material as required for shop, office and onsite.
- Ensure CVOR and IFTA is maintained for the fleet.
- Process debit / credit card payments as required.
- Special projects as required.
**Job Requirements**
If you are the right person for this opportunity you will have previous experience in providing support to a busy office including:
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to communicate with all levels of staff and clients in both **English and French.**:
- Experience juggling multiple priorities and working with tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- The ability to work overtime if required.
**Experience and Qualifications**
- Must have a grade 12 or equivalent diploma.
- Ability to work under mínimal supervision.
- Previous construction experience would be considered an asset.
- A valid 'G' license and clean driver abstract would be considered an asset.
