We are on a mission to find the most fabulous and friendly receptionist out there We need someone who is professionally poised, administratively attentive, and client-concentrated, with a positive mindset. As an ambassador of our company, your goal is to greet the public with a warm and welcoming attitude. You'll need to support the inner workings of the administrative mechanics of the company, and you can bring your people-loving self and sunny disposition to work every day (Monday to Friday)

**Responsibilities**:

- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for senior staff members
- Provide administrative support to various departments as needed
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Perform other duties as assigned

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or administrative support role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with office equipment, such as printers, copiers, and scanners
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

**Salary**: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
