Job Title: Full-Time Office Receptionist

Other responsibilities include light cleaning and clinic room preparation, restocking product shelves, and post-treatment sterilization and sanitation. Additionally you will support the nursing team with day to day clinic activities and preparation. You will be expected to work well both independently and as part of a team and be highly responsible and dependable.

We are looking for a self-motivated, positive individual who is passionate about the aesthetic industry and eager to learn and grow. Fluency in English is required.

We offer salary starting from $17.00 per hour, flexible scheduling, on-site parking, and personal service and product discounts. As a member of our team, you will also receive ongoing advanced training, personal services and have the opportunity to participate in company events.

Education: Post-secondary School (preferred)

**Responsibilities**:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for patients, greeting them in a warm and professional manner.
- Answer incoming phone calls and providing assistance as needed.
- Maintain an organized reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments.
- Assist with administrative tasks including Inventory counts.
- Monitor and order office supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Collaborate with various team members to facilitate efficient communication and information flow.
- Assist with basic accounting tasks.
- Contribute to the overall maintenance and cleanliness of the office environment.
- Contribute to a warm and professional team environment.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.
- Proven experience in an office or receptionist role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using office software and equipment, including Microsoft Office suite.
- Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Professional and friendly demeanor, with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and handle unexpected situations.
- Availability to work part-time hours with the potential for transitioning to full-time based on performance and business needs.

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 35 per week
