**About the role**

We are pleased to announce an exciting career opportunity for a talented and motivated Business Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team at Leviton Manufacturing Canada. As a leading Electrical Manufacturing company, we strive to leverage data-driven insights to make informed strategic decisions and drive growth. If you are passionate about analyzing complex data sets, identifying trends, and delivering actionable insights, this position is perfect for you.

**Responsibilities**
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and data needs.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret large volumes of data from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain data models, dashboards, and reports that effectively visualize key metrics and performance indicators.
- Conduct comprehensive data analysis to uncover opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and revenue enhancement.
- Create and deliver clear and concise presentations to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations based on data insights.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and availability for reporting and analysis purposes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business intelligence and data analytics, suggesting innovative approaches to enhance data-driven decision-making.

**Qualifications**
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) to develop interactive dashboards and reports.
- Advanced analytical skills with the ability to analyze complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Experience in data modeling and database design.
- Solid understanding of statistical concepts and techniques.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to non-technical stakeholders effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work within tight deadlines.
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python, R) and data mining techniques is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation is a plus.

**Education and Experience**
- Pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in business Intelligence or Data Strategy or related field
- Excellent command of spoken and written French and English
