Boscus Canada Inc is a well-established and growing company in the lumber industry.

In your new position at our Pointe-Claire Head Office, you will haveone main responsibility.

As an **Export specialist** you will have to ensure compliance of import and export operationsby respecting internal processes and International Regulations. You will take charge of contracts, analyze documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations and act as a resource person in terms of international compliance.

As an **Export documentation specialist** your main responsibilities will be:

- Review and release of advised and confirmed L/Cs; the thorough examination of documents; present drafts drawn to the Bank and collect payments for Export L/Cs.
- Prepare or review documents (invoice, packing list, certificates of origin, bill of lading, insurance, phyto, etc.); check and release payments and update the information in the system (Incoming and Outgoing) and Direct Collections of international customers’ receivables.
- Effectively assess and mitigate transaction, compliance and business risks associated with Letters of Credit and international documentary payments.
- Coordinate oversea deliveries and track the movement of shipments
- Maintain internal reports and dashboards used to manage the day-to-day Export business
- Handle claims and daily invoicing processes for customers

Boscus Canada Inc est une entreprise bien établie et en pleine croissance dans l'industrie du bois d’œuvre. Dans votre nouveau poste situé au siège social de Pointe-Claire, vous aurez une principale responsabilité.

En tant que **spécialiste à l’exportation** vous devrez assurer la conformité des opérations d'import et d'export en respectant les processus internes et la réglementation internationale. Vous prendrez en charge les contrats, analyserez la documentation, assurerez le respect de la réglementation et agirez à titre de personne ressource en matière de conformité internationale.

En tant que **spécialiste de la documentation d’exportation**, vos principales responsabilités seront:

- Vérification et approbation des lettres de crédit; révision approfondie des documents reliés à l’exportation des biens; présenter les traites bancaires internationales aux Banques et percevoir les paiements pour les L/C à l'exportation.
- Préparer ou réviser des documents (facture, bordereau s’expédition (packing list), certificats d'origine, connaissement, assurance, phyto, etc.); vérifier et valider les paiements et mettre à jour les informations dans le système (entrants et sortants) et les recouvrements directs des créances des clients internationaux.
- Évaluer et minimiser au maximum les risques reliés aux transaction internationales en termes de conformité de documentation commerciales associés aux lettres de crédit et aux paiements en vertu de documentations internationales.
- Coordonner les livraisons outre-mer et suivre les expéditions.
- Tenir à jour les rapports internes et les tableaux de bord utilisés pour gérer les activités quotidiennes d'exportation.
- Appliquer les procédures de crédit nationales et internationales, s'assurer que toutes les transactions répondent aux exigences.
- Gérer les réclamations et les processus de facturation quotidiens pour les clients.
