**About Us**:
Oxford Dodge Chrysler is currently seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Vehicle Accounting Administrator to join our accounting team. This position plays a key role in ensuring the accurate management of vehicle-related financial records.

**Position Overview**:
As a Vehicle Accounting Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing the financial records related to the acquisition and disposal of vehicles in the company’s inventory.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General accounting, including month end duties
- Track and process vehicle purchases systems.
- Record and reconcile proceeds and commissions from vehicle sales and disposals.
- Monitor vehicle incentives and factory rebates.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**:

- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting.
- Automotive dealership experience is plus but not required.
- **Skills**:

- Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbal).
- Positive, professional attitude.
- Effectively juggle multiple tasks in a dynamic, fast-moving environment.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Expected hours: 40 per week
