**Duties**:

- Serve as the front desk representative, providing excellent customer service to clients and visitors.
- Schedule appointments and maintain the calendar for client meetings.
- Assist with client onboarding and ensure all necessary paperwork is completed accurately.
- Handle client requests and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain client records and update information as needed.
- Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
- Utilize POS machine to process payments.
- Conduct proofreading of documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Perform general clerical tasks to support office operations.

**Accounting Industry Knowledge and Experience**:

- Basic understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in Canada
- Filing personal Canadian Tax Return, and calls to the CRA
- Researching CRA processes and completing CRA forms

**Skills**:

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Previous experience as a receptionist or in a customer support role is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computerized systems and office software, (Specifically proficient using Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, CRM, & Office Printers).
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Attention to detail for accurate data entry and document preparation.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $17.50 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

- London, ON N6H 1E2: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
