Remote (work from anywhere) Commercial Roofing Estimator

We are seeking a talented and experienced Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team on a fully remote basis. As a Commercial Roofing Estimator, you will play a crucial role in our project planning and execution process, ensuring accurate and competitive estimates for our clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct detailed analysis of project specifications, blueprints, and other documentation to determine project requirements.
- Collaborate with field staff, project managers, sales teams, and clients to understand project objectives and develop comprehensive estimates.
- Utilize industry-standard estimating software and tools to generate accurate material and labor cost estimates.
- Research and analyze market trends, pricing, and material availability to ensure competitiveness and profitability.
- Prepare and present estimates to clients, addressing any questions or concerns and negotiating pricing when necessary.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless transition from estimation to project execution.
- Maintain accurate records of estimates, including revisions and updates as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Commercial Roofing Estimator, with a strong understanding of roofing systems and materials.
- Proficiency in using estimating software and tools, such as Blue beam, PlanSwift, or similar.
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external clients.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
Familiarity with commercial roofing industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
