**Job Summary**: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Roofing Salesperson with a focus on door-to-door sales to join our dynamic team. As a Roofing Salesperson, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and promoting our top-quality roofing products and services. Your primary responsibilities will include consistently prospecting, presenting, and closing sales deals, while delivering exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process. **Responsibilities**:

- Conduct door-to-door sales activities to generate leads and develop a strong customer base.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
- Identify and qualify potential customers, understanding their needs, and recommending appropriate roofing solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our roofing products.
- Provide accurate and timely sales proposals and estimates to prospective customers.
- Collaborate with the roofing installation team to ensure seamless project execution and customer satisfaction.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to effectively position our products and services.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in door-to-door sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry.
- Strong sales skills with a track record of consistently achieving or exceeding targets.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to establish rapport with customers and deliver persuasive sales pitches.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Results-oriented mindset with a strong drive for success and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns in a professional manner.
- Basic knowledge of roofing systems and materials is preferred, but not required.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

**Salary**: $42,500.00-$80,000.00 per year
