Residential Roofing project manager

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage multiple residential roofing projects from start to finish
- Develop project schedules, budgets, and scope of work
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to their satisfaction
- Monitor progress and adjust schedules and budgets as necessary to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget
- Ensure that all safety procedures are followed and that all team members have the necessary personal protective equipment
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during projects, working with the appropriate parties to find solutions
- Prepare final project reports and conduct closeout meetings with customers
- Ensure that all necessary permits and inspections are obtained

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on residential roofing projects
- Strong knowledge of roofing materials, construction techniques, and safety procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation
