**About the Role**

No prior experience in insurance/financial services industry is necessary. You will receive outstanding training and support, mentorship, and ongoing recognition for your achievements. We are looking for individuals who are driven to be successful, possess self-management skills, and are willing to learn. As a Beneva Advisor you will work in our exclusive niche market with the self-employed, small business owners, and skilled trades individuals.

Competencies:

- Direct sales experience desired, but not required.
- Willing to obtain licence(s) and pursue training/professional development as required.
- Ambition and drive to achieve sales goals, results-oriented and success-driven.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening.
- Great 'people' and relationship-building skills, proactive in problem solving.

Key responsibilities:

- Actively prospect, create and develop leads, schedule appointments, meet with clients, identify their needs,

provide appropriate advice and suitable solutions, deliver exceptional customer service.
- Acquire product knowledge, promote new business opportunities, and products and services offered.
- Regularly review individual business results and adjust activities as required to meet established targets.
- Meet sales and quality measures on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
