Dilawri Group is now actively searching for a **Warranty Administator **to join the team at **401 Dixie Volkswagen**.
- Have experience with warranty administration in a dealership environment
- Have experience with CDK
- Enjoy working in a fast paced environment, with rapt attention to detail
**Responsibilities**:
**- **Process all warranty claims using Dealership Management System (DMS)**
- ** Maintain all deadlines for claims submissions and related paperwork**
- ** Authorize claim eligibility**
- ** Ensure that each repair order is fully and appropriately documented with the complaint, cause and appropriate attention**
- ** Maintain a detailed and up-to-date log of the repairsProcess all warranty claims using Dealership**
- ** Management System (DMS)**
- ** Maintain all deadlines for claims submissions and related paperwork**
- ** Authorize Claim Eligibility.**
- ** Telephone communications and reception**
- ** Welcome customers visiting the Dealership showroom and inquire as to the purpose of their visit**
- ** Participate in administrative tasks**
- ** Conduct monthly Warranty review Meetings with Service Staff**
- ** Able to communicate verbally and written frequently with Technician to ensure proper documentation is applied to claims**
- ** Participate in weekly warranty audit reviews with Manager**:
**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in automotive warranty administration is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer and telephone skills
- Knowledge of mechanical/vehicle body repair
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Ability to take ownership of problems with a positive attitude and bring them to completion
- Ability to remain calm and focused under all circumstances to deliver exceptional service to customers
- Ability to work in a team environment to achieve common goals
