MaXfield LP. has an opportunity for an Service Admin Coordinatorto work with our team.
- General administration/reception duties including contact with clients
- Maintain HSE documentation/records
- Part Allocation on jobs in Epicor
- Inventory control and cycle counting
- Implementation, training and upkeep of inventory Bar-Coding system
- Administration of the Maxfield parts website store to ensure functionality Purchasing/shipping/receiving
- Vendor/contractor management
- Service underwriter including project creation and BOM entry into Epicor
- Project Estimation support as required
- Material coordination pre/post project execution
- Invoicing review including labor and parts/materials
- Scheduling and planning including weekend crews if required
- Demand Service contact, coordination
- Timecard entries (Epicor)
- Collaboration with Engineering as required
- Project financial reporting
- Accountability to the Branch Manager

Job Requirements
- Customer Service oriented
- Functionality in ERP systems is considered an asset
- Time management / organizational skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to prioritize, multi task, and maintain a professional positive attitude
- Attention to detail / Data entry with accuracy
- Work well as a part of team/able to work independently as well.

**Salary**: $23.00-$28.00 per hour

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- ERP systems: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)
