**THE POSITION**

Your main responsibilities will include:
Provide the organization with continuous advice and support to ensure activities are conducted in accordance with the internal and requirements, promoting safe, reliable, and sustainable solutions. Effectively implement QHSE processes and requirements at Base sites.

**Sustainability**:

- Facilitate and contribute to sustainability reporting processes.
- Design and monitor Waste Management program for the base & relevant vendors

**Resilience**:

- Implement integrated risk management processes and plans, assessing Base and project specific QHSE risks and align with internal standards.
- Identify and manage local and customer QHSE requirements.
- Facilitate the implementation of annual QHSE campaigns at all Base sites.
- Advise and guide QHSE investigations, ensuring learning and close-out.
- Promote & monitor QHSE training & Safety leadership programs.
- Prepare & communicate QHSE lessons learnt.
- Chemical selection, risk assessment and update of SDS database.
- Establish and maintain base HSE Manual.

**Reliability**:

- Proactively plan, monitor, and address findings of certifications process at Base sites, covering ISO 9001:2015 or other applicable standards.
- Enable effectiveness of the Company Management System& QHSE sites, monitoring local legislative, regulatory and customer requirements and Base adoption.
- Review Response Plans effectiveness (Emergency, Crisis, Infection, etc.).
- Facilitate internal and external audits & HSE inspections, assuring QHSE standards & due close-out findings (e.g., customer, regulatory, ISO 9001).
- Maintain integrity of QHSE reporting systems (e.g., observations (SCOP), incident reports (IRS), audits findings, environmental reports, etc.).
- Respond to QHSE quotations, proposals, tenders, and enquiries.
- Facilitate QHSE meetings/forums and local Safety Committees.
- Analyze and monitor Base sites QHSE trends.
- Ability to monitor and interpret NSC standards for Canadian drivers

**THE CANDIDATE**
- At least 2 years of industry work experience
- High School graduate or GED equivalent
- Good communicator and excellent organizational skills
- Capable of prioritizing and working with self-motivation
- Utilize the Microsoft suite of services
- Fluent in English language - both written and verbal
